Inside round beef roast slow roasted with carrots, onions, potatoes, garlic, and red wine till fork tender and melts in your goodness then topped with a hearty beef demi.
Hearty Meat or Vegetarian Lasagna
Ground beef sautéed then slowly stewed in our own marinara sauce till thick and hearty then layered with ricotta cheese, cheddar jack, and pasta to make for a hearty meal.
Done in the same manner as our meat Lasagna except using fresh broccoli, carrots, onions, and squash.
